We are opening a brewery.
I’ve been a homebrewer for over 10 years and the itch to work in the brewing industry has been there the whole time. We are at a point in our lives where the dream is going to be a reality.
We are soon going to be in our lease, then the real fun begins. Getting a permit from the Federal Government.
It will be a lot of work. We aren’t fooling ourselves there. It will be rewarding and challenging.
I keep saying here that I’m going to post more often. And I’m here to say it again. I feel like I have something meaningful for others to read about.
